Ubuchwepheshe bamuva nje bekhompyutha busetshenziswa kabanzi ku-BVMC ekwenzeni ama-valve.Kuhlanganisa inombolo enkulu yemishini yokulawula izinombolo (Isikhungo somshini, i-CNC evundlile neqondile, umshini wokumba i-CNC) kanye nesistimu yokuphatha ye-ERP eyathuthukisa kakhulu ikhwalithi yethu yomshini kanye nokulawula inqubo.I-BVMC iphinde isebenzise izintambo eziningi ezijwayelekile ezinomthamo ofika kumshini we-valve yesango engu-60inch.Ifilosofi yokukhiqiza ye-BVMC iwukuqinisekisa ikhwalithi ezinzile kanye nokulethwa kwesikhathi.

Kusukela ezintweni ezingavuthiwe kuya emikhiqizweni eqediwe I-BVMC ilawula ngempumelelo inqubo ngayinye.Ngaphezu kwalokho, i-BVMC isebenzisa ngenkuthalo i-6 Sigma ngaphakathi kwenkampani yonke ukuze iqalise uhlelo lwethu “lokungabi nasici”.Ngokuhlaziywa kwezibalo okuthuthukisiwe siyaqhubeka nokuthuthukisa ukulawulwa kwenqubo namandla okuphatha.
